Booted via utility CD
Run Check Disk /R.
This utility may find & fix numerous errors

1. Bootup to recovery console.
2. Navigate to %SystemRoot%\system32\config
3. Rename System to system.old
4. Rename System.alt Systemalt.old
5. Navigate to %Systemroot%\repair
6. Copy System.bak to %SystemRoot%\system32\config
7. Rename System.bak to System
8. Type Exit to reboot

Stop Automatic Reboot

Reviewed event viewer. Observed memory dumps.
Based on the hex number, followed the ad hoc procedure
