Windows 7: Blue Circle Over Network Icon–Slow Startup

1. Open your command-line
2. Type IPCONFIG /all
3. note the addresses for you DNS servers
4. Go into the properties for the active NIC
5. Uncheck IPv6, if it is checked <very important>
6. Select "Use the Following DNS server Addresses”
7. Enter the IP addresses

8. Click OK all the way out
9. You should be all set.
