UNABLE TO CLICK BUTTONS IN ANY WEBPAGE...
User has since informed me that she cannot click on any buttons in any web page. This was cause by browser settings.
Changed them to default of Medium based on this logic.
1. Open IE.
2. Tools\Internet Options
3. Select security Tab, changed setting to Medium.
